Brief description of organization operation:
1. Start the system and power up the PLC control cabinet and air compressor.
2. Enter the bar code of the box to be sorted into the upper computer, and confirm the goods number corresponding to each bar code. One box and one bar code can correspond to multiple goods numbers, and one or more goods numbers can be classified into one picking port, and then put the assigned box on the sorting line.
3. Boxes will automatically pop up at the picking port to be picked. For example, the bar code of a box corresponds to multiple goods numbers at different picking ports, and will pop up according to the order of picking ports.
4. The bar code of the box corresponding to the scanning gun shall be scanned and confirmed at the sorting port. If the scanning confirmation is not carried out, the system will judge that the goods at the sorting port have not been sorted and continue to pop up at the sorting port.
