1. The signal line and the power line must be separated;
2. When using analog signal to remotely control the frequency converter, in order to reduce the interference of analog signal from the frequency converter and other equipment, the signal line of the control frequency converter should be separated from the strong electric circuit (main circuit and sequence control circuit), and the distance between the two should be more than 30cm;
3. Even in the control cabinet, the above wiring specifications must be maintained, and the control loop between the signal and the frequency converter must not exceed 50cm.
The signal line and the power line must be placed in different metal pipes or metal hoses. If the signal line connecting plc and frequency converter is not placed in a metal pipe, it is extremely vulnerable to interference from frequency converter and external equipment. At the same time, because the frequency converter has no built-in reactor, the input and output power lines of the frequency converter will have strong interference to the outside. Therefore, the metal tube or metal hose on which the signal line is placed should extend to the control terminal of the frequency converter to ensure the complete separation of the signal line from the power line. Wire and cable through the metal pipe in the construction of the workload is relatively large, easy to do for micro engineering, but the longer line is troublesome. Modern large-scale projects are solved from the cable design.
